RE: Rocks to move in QTR # 3?

Over the past week I’ve been working closely with my clients to create clarity in Quarter # 3 - 2024.

One of the big issues that I see in small business, is that everything moves so fast that we often forget to pull ourselves up and out of the weeds to make sure we’re heading in the right direction.

When this happens ^ monotonous tasks will dominate your business and you can find yourself running ever faster on a hamster wheel without making any real progress.

Unless the kind of solution that I will suggest today, is locked into your calendar every quarter - it will be hard to produce any meaningful and consistent growth.

So let’s jump straight to it.

I have a day long strategy session that I’ve been using in my business for the past 5 years and it’s been a game changer for me.

(the first time I ran it I was at $50K/month - within 12 months I had hit $200K/month)

Now, I run it as closely to the start of the quarter as possible - every quarter & here is what it looks like…

Over 7 hours this session will align yourself and your team to the vision, mission and objectives of your business.

The most simple question I ask when I run this process with clients is this…

“Which projects can you commit to this quarter that will move the needle towards your long term vision (3/10/25 year vision)”

You can create the problems list holding you back from your ambitions and you can spend time diagnosing the real root cause of these problems - you can then design solutions and commit to doing the tasks required to solve them.

There is also time to check in personally with everyone present by using my Seed of Life System.

We also review the previous quarter for wins/losses - the KPI’s and numbers in the business and the core values you have.

If any of these systems are missing we take time to build them during the session as I have templates for every single one of them!

Without doubt if you have a team this is one of the most powerful things you can do in your business. It simply gets everyone on the same page which makes growth a more natural outcome.

But even if you are just one person in your business this session can be still be incredibly powerful. (In this case you can simply cut the timing down to 3 HOURS.)
