The #1 metric to scale a high LTV business

One of the major things I help my clients to build is an inbound sales system that books sales appointments into the calendar…

Whether you work in property, B2B saas, you’re a coach, consultant, you run an agency or a service based business…

When it comes to scale…

The number #1 metric that will define how quickly and whether or not you can scale… is this;

How many qualified inbound appointments do you have in the calendar every single week?

You see the thing that all the businesses above have in common - they have a high LTV (Lifetime Client Value - it’s about generating long term clients who pay well, not customers who want to buy something low ticket and short term.)

They also close a high percentage of calls and they find sales easy
(when they have qualified leads.)

The conclusion being that it’s not ‘sales’ that is the best goal.

The best goal is call bookings because it’s the real bottle neck to build a 7 or even an 8 figure business.

Through my experience it’s 10x harder to book a qualified call into the calendar than it is to close a qualified lead into your client offer.

It’s more effective for your business if you put intention and energy into what is hard - not what is easy…

Hence it’s call bookings that are the real goal.

Now once I’ve said this - it will seem self evident.

But that’s simply not the case… Because less than 5% of the business owners I meet know how to scale this number.

Think of it like this… Let’s say your LTV is $5K and you currently book 4 sales call per month organically or fairly naturally into your calendar and you close two of them.

You accrue $10K in expected cashflow every month for your business - do it every month you’ll eventually have a business doing ~$120K / year…

It’s ok… But what would happen if you can book in 4 sales appointments per day and build a sales team to close them?

You would accrue $10K in expected cashflow for your business per day.

The difference between the two systems is over $3.5M per year in expected cash flow. At minimum if you take your business seriously and you have a scalable offer that’s what it’s worth for you to solve it.

It’s worth ten’s of millions of dollars to you to solve this problem - need I tell you to act accordingly?

It took me years and huge volumes of capital to figure out how to do this - I invested over $500K working with mentors over a 4 year period trying to work it out.

And I’ve since used my LeadFLOW system to create well over $100M in sales for my myself and my clients.

Today I synthesise all of those learnings - plus my own learnings from now using the system for 7 years and investing hundreds of thousands into ads. I’ve refined it immensely over the years.
